Default Help Please Clutch problem

I bought a king cobra clutch about a year ago and the car ran beautiful. I been driving a stick for about 12 years so I know how to drive a stick and it's not smiling like the clutch is Burt either. The problem I'm having is it is hard to shift now and I have to press the clutch all the way down in order for the stick to move. And then when I get it to move it is hard ass hell. The clutch have a lot of give in it now. Help

Sounds like your pawl and quadrant (the plastic, junk, self-adjusting mechanism up under the dash) may be getting stripped. Could be a stretched cable too. Hopefully not though. Go out there, and pull up on the clutch pedal, and see if it'll adjust.
If the cable or the plastic junk is toast, replace it with a metal quadrant and adjustable cable. There are a few options here, but whatever you do, don't get new plastic pieces - upgrade to metal.

Shouldn't be too hard to keep it under $100.
