Default Bad rear shock?

Recently while turning left I have noticed a knock from the driver side rear wheel. I looked for anything loose that could hit and found nothing, but standing back and looking at the wheels the driver side rear fender is not clearing the wheel as much as the other side. Does this sound like a bad rear shock? Id appreciate the help.

Could be a shock, yes, but also somethig not that obvious, such as a loose bolt or nut, a worn out spring isolator, worn axle bearing.
