Anybody used the Maximum Motorsports lower control arms?
Just wondering how they feel. Theyre expensive, so i wanna make sure first. I plan on an eventual rear coil over kit. Plus I will be doing a torque arm and panhard bar probably. Before all of that though, I will need to be able to remove my quad shocks to fit the new wheels/tires. Just any comments I have heard amazing things about MM, so if anyone has any other comments on them that would be great.

MM products are great but you have to choose the right arms for your intended use.
MM sells 3 basic types, one with urethane bushings at both sides (street), one with spherical bushing at one end and urethane at the other (road racing), and full drag arms with spherical bushings only.
They also sell "weightjackers" which have an adjustable spring perch.
For street go with the full urethane arms. Road racing versions are a bit noisy bcause of the spherical bushings.
Yeah, I plan on going for the road racing type with the pillow ball type (spherical bushing) at the end. I may make them instead, but we'll see if I can get into the shop soon enough. Thanks GT

i have read that you can take out your quad shocks with the addition of MM control arms. i wouldnt do it, but if you have the lower control arms and the panhard rod, then you can go ahead and take out the quad shocks.

The quads are just to make up for what the LCA's and the UCA's lack in lateral stability. They are a band aid for greater problems in our suspension, which is extreme triangulation of the uppers (attempting to do 2 jobs at once) and lack of rigidity of the upper and lowers. Hopefully with some tough lowers, the quads can go, but you never know until you try. I dont think flipping them is gonna give me enough clearance, but I dont know...
