Default 87 lx 5.0 stalling and will not start

THis is my first mustang so im still learning. My car is all stock. I was driving and the car has stalled 5 times and the last time it didnt start backup. I was told that ford had problems with the TFI module, which i replaced last night. Still doesnt start. I checked the fuel pump and it kicks in when I turn the key. You guys have any ideas?

Check your relays. There is one in the passenger kick pannel (by the passenger right foot) and one under the seat, that could both cause this. Remember, you need 3 things: air spark and fuel. Those relays can kill your spark. Happened to me on one of my 5.0s.

Hey! I hope this helps. The relay under the drivers seat is the fuel pump relay. You say you are hearing your electric pump energizing when key turned on? If you are not, there is an "inertia switch" in the right rear quarter area, behind a trim panel. it's purpose in life is to cut out fuel pump circuit in the event of a collison. I have seen these switches malfunction. They are resetable by pushing a button on top of switch. Other than that, check your spark with a spark plug grounded well to the engine. Good luck! Also check your fuel pressure. The pump might be too weak to run the engine.
