Looking for advise on SN95 rear disc brake upgrade for my 1992 GT

thinking about putting SN95 brakes on my 1992 GT. this way i can have 4 wheel disc and a 5 lug conversion. has anyone done this upgrade and is it worth the time and effort.

I haven't used the SN95 conversion, I did the Turbo Coupe rear axle / Lincoln front Caliper method. Either way will work, and any upgrade is better than the stock ones.
