Okay, I need a reply as soon as possible. I found a 5.8L/351 engine out of a 1991 Econoline F250 with 35000+ miles on it. I wanted to know whether or not it will work in a 1987 Mustang LX 2.3..... please help me out. All parts needed and everything. Thanks

there is another post with the same question except from a 5.0-5.8
you will need the same stuff, including pcm, motorsport specific headers, lightning lower intake, so you can use existing offset port intake, motor mounts, and in your case you will need a transmission and an 8.8 rear end
