After removing the old clutch, we installed the new King Cobra clutch in the exact opposite order and when we put the
trans back onto the engine, the clutch cable seemed to have too much slack in it. it's not tight at all, and when we took if during te removal, we had to pry the "fork" to get some slack to remove the cable. now there is no tension on the cable at all. could i have done something wrong on the install? there was an aftermarket clutch already in there and i heard that they might have put on a different cable when they installed the new clutch? any suggestions?
