Default O ringed block yes or no?

I'm looking at a motor right now that has been o ringed, but has not been sprayed. I wouldn't plan on spraying it in the future, because i want it for more of a daily driver road trip kind of car. It is a good deal on the price and I'm wondering if it would even be right for what i want to do

O ringed blocks are built that way so the have a better head to gasket seal. Normally supercharged motors would be built this way with low compression about 8 to 1, there fore if it is not supercharged now it may not be suitable as a daily driver because the motor would act like a dog. It probably has a supercharger cam in it also, and chances are if it sounds like a really good deal it probably isn't. Unless you know all the info on the motor I would pass.
