Well rear seats if you don't want/use them, battery relocation to the back is nice for traction. Aluminum heads not only drop weight but will add some performance also. Those are some of the more common things that I know of, of course you could pretty much strip out anything you want to in the interior to save weight if that is all you are looking for.
