at the moment i have a black magic electric fanm currently hooked up thru my CD player which i just found out 2 days after i got the car and was trying to make the speakers work...( which i did) but i was wondering if any1 knows the CORRECT way to wire this fan and hook it up to my thermostat

You need a fan controller. And you really should upgrade the alternator, if you're gonna run an electric fan.
