I'm having exhaust cut-outs installed for when I drag race.
How long will it take the computer to adjust from full exhaust to open exhaust after I open them up at the track?

The computer in a mustang ain't that smart.
But i would say you need to drive it about 20 to 25 miles.

any instantly opened flow path will be instantly read by the eec through the O2 sensors. fuel trim will be immediately changed therefore start compensating immediately. but if the fuel trims ever become too far out of range, then the check engine light will come on probably in around 20-25 miles like mustang helper said.
