Default Help needed on vacuum line routing on a 89 gt

Thanks in advance for any info..
!989 gt on passenger side there is a vacuum block has 5 holes 4 of which are used..One line goes from egr to this block another from backside of intake.. Lines were broken so i repaired but like a dumb a$$ i forgot to mark the locations .. Does anyone have info on where egr vac line and the one from the intake plug into on that block?
