1989 Mustang LX 5.0 Horsepower Estimate and 1/4 mile?
Hi I Have A 1989 Mustang Lx Hatch 5.0 5 Speed California Car 130k Miles Nothing Done Inside The Engine It Had 373's X-pipe Flows No Cats.
I Took It To The Track And Ran 14.3's At 96 Mph.
I Resently Added A Cobra Intake. Cobra Maf. A Bbk 65mm Throttle Body. A Bbk Cold Air Intake.
Bbk Shorty Headers. Msd 6al.

i race good i take off good.

My Question Is
How Much Hp Should I Have ?
And What Quarter Mile Time Should I Expect ?

You added maybe 10hp so probably 210whp now and maybe another .10 of your qtr time but you did not list your 60' which tells more than your qtr time.

it was 2.020 60 foot with 18" wheels
