Default 1988 GT Looking for rear upper and lower control arms

OK, I have a 1988 GT that I barely use. I drive it rarely on the street just to and from work, but I drag race it a couple of times during the summer months.
My question is, which rear upper and lower control arm set up would be best for me?
It currently pulls a 1.8 60 ft using MT slicks and covers the quater in 13.8 sec.
The rear suspension is all stock except for new quad shocks.
What has worked out the best for most people, brand, binding issues, adjustability etc
And should i buy battle boxes or just weld up the torque boxes?
All opionions would be appreciated. Thanks, Frank.

Battle boxes is a good idea, not welding.
Read the Article for drag racing setup.
