Default 5.0L high RPM use heads: Wondering if anyone has experience with some?

I am finally going to buy some heads i think. I have a set of E7's to port, but I may just buy some aluminum high end heads instead since I have the money. Here is my basic inquiry. I am looking to make higher RPM power. Probably mainly from about 3000-up or maybe 3500-up. I plan on getting ahold of some titanium retainers and keepers at some point with a sturdier block (possibly anR302 or at least a sportsman) so that high RPM use becomes feasible without complete distruction.

I am just wondering if anyone has used the AFR 205's or 225's? Even the 185's i am curious to know more about. Also I have very little knowledge about the higher flow Trick Flow and Edelbrock stuff. Anyone have any experience with any of these? I am not worries about my bottom end power very much, I really just want a high flow head, but the last thing i want is to oversize and completely kill my power band completely. Thanks

I run the TFS Street Heats and they make great upper rpm power without killing the bottom end. They have a 195cc intake runner and a 1.94 intake valve and my actual powerband (going by the seat of the pants) starts around 4000.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.
