Angry swaping a 93 2.3 auto to a 5.0 ,pcm harness problem

so i have a 93 mustang 2.3 auto,doner car is a 89 5.0,looking at 89 5.0 harness its not a direct plug & play ,so will i need to swap dash and harness and add the fuel pump relay harness under drivers seat or better off getting a 92-93 5.0 harness at pcm that plugs in at right kick panel,would that directly plug in? read another post that someone has same problem but his car is 88 2.3 with a 93 5.0 doner? i may need his harness and he needs mine,i can cut and splice harnesses but dont know what side the air bag harness in on yet, i work at a ford dealer, so i have access to diagrams ,thaks to all in advance

Sorry Bigg but Im not quite making out what it is you are trying to do. Why are you swapping dashes? If your donor car has all the appropriate harnesses for the 5.0 then simply transplant them with the accompanying ECU to the 1993. Drop in the 8 and go Scumaro hunting.

the pcm harness wont plug into the harness that feeds power to and from it,from ignition switch,to gauges,no fuel pump relay under drivers seat, on a 92-93 fuel pump relay its under hood near maf? that why i think i need a 92-93 pcm computer harness or completely install harness behind dash and under seat

OK Im gonna assume your pulling the motor out of the 1989 fox and putting it in the 93 fox, correct?
questions:
1. Does the 89 have all motor harness present?
(i.e. fuel pump, injector, and main)
2. Does 89 have a working ECU?
3. Do you want to retain operational air bag in 93?

I'd prolly try to find a '92 V8 car, and get the computer, and all underhood harnesses from it. I think that would be easiest.
Also, don't forget to use the V8s fuel lines from the tank to the engine - they're bigger, the 4 banger ones will starve the V8 of fuel.

i know i need to swap fuel lines front to rear, and i do have a 89 harness complete, everything inc the car, i want to get a 92-93 5.0 mustang harness from computer to engine harness not including the injector harness, i thing the 89 will work, if not im shure that i can make it work, also the 89 dash harness i think is different to the power windows?
