I have a 90 gt and am wondering what this part is. It sits close to the firewall bolting to the upper intake with 2 nuts and a vacuum line running to it. Is this the EGR valve? If so, can I remove it without any problems? Looking from the passenger side the IAC sits on the left side towards the front of the engine and this sits dirrectly across from it. Please help its blocking my installation of my fuel pressure gauge. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the egr... right behind the TB? You can take it off in two ways. Get a plate to cover the hole left by it, Accufab makes it and any Accufab dealer can get it. Or you can get an egr eliminator plate and get rid of the spacer. If you do that, you'll only have to fab up a way to connect the air inlet but that's no problem that a silicone tube couldn't fix.
