My 1989 5.0 Mustang jerks badly at low speed; this happens mostly cruising parking lots and low gears. This car has not been driven much in five years and has been restored recently. I've changed plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and fuel filter.
Has anyone had this problem with a 5.0 and do you have any ideas on how to correct this problem? Thanks for the input.

Check out your accessories and make sure they are going bad esp your belt tensioner. Also the clutch can do this if there is rust on the flywheel from sitting up, also make sure your TPS is adjusted correctly.

mine does it too, but its cuz of the cam i have.
