I think you mean the clutch interlock switch - the reason you have to push in the clutch to sttart the car. If you bypass the nuetral switch, you won't be able to pull EEC trouble codes.
Bypassing the clutch interlock is not a good idea - if it's broke, get a new one. Someday you'll start the car in gear and hit something.
