Default 1988 mustang gt body work question

i recently picked up a 1988 gt which appears to have had an accident on the front left. looks like it might even have a very little frame damage. appears like the front is pushed back a lil and now my new cervini hood wont exactly fit rite and has a lil wheel rub. i have 16 inch ponies and am going up to 17 inch cobras and am afraid the run mite damage the new tire as well as force me to shave down the new hood to even it out. is it worth having it looked at by a bodyshop for frame damage and straightening or just live with it as is? just asking for other opinions. thanks guys

i would have it straightened. it won't be cheap but you will NEVER be able to get the front end properly aligned if that rail is bent. you will spend more money on tires over time than youwill to have the car pulled. my .02

I second this, do it right the first time.
