how difficult would it be to swap from a 5.0 to a 351w stroker (427) and take out the fuel injectioin. Would I encounter any problems anywhere along the way

You would have some wiring to do. Have to go with a different igntion system. Do't think it would be too bad. I do'nt know about a 427 though if it's a street car. When I had my 408c built I was told buy a lot of people not to go any bigger because the top of the piston would be to thin to handle the street heat. Just what I've been told. RAY
