Exclamation Help! 5.0L Not Starting. Fuel injectors not firing and no gas to plugs?

I just recently installed a GT-40 Cobra lower/upper intake, with 24LB fuel injectors, mass air flow calibrated for 24lb fuel injectors, and 70MM throttle body on my stock 5.0 engine. I previously had the upper portion off 1993 cougar on my 5.0 mustang. I transplanted this into a 1965 mustang. Everything ran fine until I replaced everything on top top with the above equipment. Now its seems to not be getting gas to the plugs. I dont hear any fuel injectors clicking. I ground No#1 and get it starts to clicking, but the others dont seem to fire off. I check the timing with the car just turning the engine over. I need some help with walking thru the phases of checking everything. My mass air flow is calibrated for 75MM not 70MM does this matter as long as they're calibrated for 24lb fuel injectors. I know to time the engine and check for around 12 volts on the fuel injectors. The computer should ground each injector to fire them off in turn. Any help would be appreciated.

No, it doesn't matter if it's a 70mm or a 75mm, as long as it's meant for the 24's.
If the injectors were working before this swap, and now they aren't, then it's a wiring problem. Trace down all harnesses you touched doing the swap and check everything.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.
