Default What are good header and head gaskets?

Im looking for what you guys recomend for header and head gaskets. I heard header gaskets should be copper because they seal best? ANy brands i should stay away from? Any brands i should look at? I was thinking of getting the trick flow gasket set. anyone have any problems with this set? Thanks!

The best performance head gaskets out there today are a www.cometic.com MLS ( Multi Layer Steel) re-useable about 5 times. For header gaskets I use a regular Felpro, and as long as you remember to tighten them after a few uses they should be fine.
The Cometics are not cheap. about $150.00 to $175.00 per set.

factory ford graphite or 1011 fel pro under the heads. I use 1415 fel pro header gaskets with no problems and always reuse them. Get new head bolts and lube/torque correctly.

I use the regular Fel-Pro header gaskets and head gaskets. ROL also makes a real nice head gasket.
