Seems like it would be a direct replacement. You would need all of the brackets though for alternator, powersteering and a/c compressor, then you would need those parts if your fox ones wont fit.
Be sure to get the ignition and computer
You will have to make some kind of connection to the throttle body that fits the fox body design.
Probably need to check the fan and hood clearance too.
Take the whole exhaust + o2 sensors from the mach 1 too.
Fuel lines to the injectors might be an issue.
It seems like it will be 50% part scavenging. IMHO it will be expensive, a PIA, and money could be better spent on a stroked 351 with a nice blower.
