On the top of the carb there is a screw that look slike it takes a big flat head screwdriver and a lock nut underneath it. If you rotate the locknut and screw counter clockwise just enough to break the lock nut free.....if you turn the screw in you inclrease the amount of fuel in the bowls and you can put less fuel in the bowls by turning the screw out. Just make sure you turn the lock nut back down. Your carb should have a clear eye on the passenger side that allows you to see how much fuel is in the bowl. Use that a a guide.
