Default How to change a mid pipe

I have a pypes off road x pipe on the way should be here in a day or two I have was looking at it to day and how do I get to the bolts going from the headers to the top of the mid pipe any help would be great!!! thanks guys

with a 6 point socket.wobble.long extension....they are real tight,so make sure you are on them good before you break em loose.

On yours, I believe it's a 15mm. If not, try a 5/8 deep socket. And if you weren't a curse word expert, you will be by the time you get that 4th collector nut out.

Make sure to spray them with something that will help loosen them up. It will help a lot.

yea i been spraying them today i already started droping f bombs when i seen the to back ones lol thanks guys

Use a good 1/2" drive extention about 8 to 10 inches long and it fits up pretty good. Only problem I had was one bolt unscrewed from the manifold.

lol, no kidding man

make sure you dont force it. when i was changing my headers it locked up on me backing out. i had to cut the bolt. like they said, spray some stuff on it and then get approx a 10in extender. and an elbow. then you should be set
