my question is is the 99 mountiner 5.0 motor any good. i can buy a complete motor with 65k miles for $700.00 is it worth it .any help would be great

hell yes it is worth it...it has the gt-40p heads on it...witch flow considerly better than the stock heads on 5.0's do...if you don't buy...i will..lol

Should be the exact same engine as the Explorer, which means Explorer parts.

dude, if you dont buy it, mess. me I will buy it..it sucks, you dont want it!! lol... thats a steal!! theres some gt 40 heads, gt 40 upper and lower intake, thats more than 700.00 there plus mutipule spare parts.. all the gt 40 stuff is as good as the cobra heads and intake, same really... I say get it asap, its almost a full bolt up, all you will need is the intake elbow off a cobra.. I think.. dont qoute me on the last one...
