[Pro Mustang]

I recently got the November issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords and was very interested in an article titled Spent Revival. Summit Racing built a 1995 5.0 and the did it in 4 stages and dynoed after each stage to show the gains. Seems like a great article. I also found more info regarding this project at thier website. Sorry, I don't know how to add a link, But if you go to summitracing.com, go to Street & Strip, click on Featured Vehicles, in the search area type in Mustang and then click on 5.0 Revival. This will get you to all the info. Pretty Neat to seem a recent article like this on a 95 5.0

this was a good article and i was surprised to see that the 95 only made 196 hp and not close to 215 hp. i also find it pretty cool that summit used only their and their partners parts that anyone can order through them and thats on a budget. good stuff right there

The car made 196hp at the wheels. Which means with a 12% loss through the drivetrain it made 223hp at the motor. 8 free hp more than the advertised 215hp. The final number they got was I think 275hp. That means the car is making 312hp at the motor. Shows what heads intake and cam can do for the beloved 5.0.
