There is a sticker on EVERY pump that shows how accurate the pump pumps. Example UNL: -1 PLUS: +2 SUPER: +1 (that's just an example)
Miles per "tank" isn't accurate. I usually go 180 miles on a full tank but I'll fill up only 12 gallons. Which leaves 2 gallons for our 14 gallon tank. Fill you're tank up, write down how many gallons you pumped and how many miles you drove, and do the division. That's the easiest way to do it.

The 10% gasohal CAN be used just fine if you're car was made for it or is a "FlexFuel" vehicle.
