Default 1994 Mustang GT Injector size opinions??

Hello everyone, I have a 94 GT with a Vortech Supercharged 302. Powerpipe, Vortech T-Rex fuel pump, 75mm Throttle Body, 3:73 Posi rear, MSD Boost control, Spark Plug wires, and distributer. I have new stock size 19lb/hr injectors with a new matching Mass Airflow sensor. My question is.. What size injectors should I go with?? Vortech said that there is no problem with the 19lb injectors, however, many people and sites have told me that they will be usless after a MAX of 305hp which I think I'm already over. Please help. Thanks.

wow id at least bump the injectors up to 24s the 19s might....might work but you def. wont get as much power and it might lean out at wide open throttle (not getting as much fuel as you need) an youll prob. hear alot of popping if it does. id go with 30s on your setup

Injector Size 19# x 2 x Number Of Cylinders 8= 304

19-304
24-384
30-480

I get the 24# just to be safe at min.

It'll actually depend on the boost you're running, that would give an idea about your power level, which would then determine what injector you need. And any other mods you have?

I would def go with the 24lb injectors. you only want to max them at a certain percentage. I was pushing almost 300rwhp close to 380 with nitrous and i had 24lbs.

Thanks for all the advice.. I guess I'll go with 30 or 32lb/hr because I'm far from done with the car and don't want to have to do it again when I do the Heads, Cam, ect.

Don't forget the MAF, needs to be matched to the injectors.

Good call, I am running 30s NA without issue. You can definitely use them if you make any more upgrades at all. Get a matching MAF.
