Default Code Problem

I need some help. My wifes 'stang (look in my sig) keeps trippin codes. Ive made all the repaires, but every time I try to clear it with the scanner, they keep coming back. Could it be the computer itself? And if so, where can I get a new one?

Im getting the O2 sensor (too lean), the OD switch and brake switch. Ive replaced the O2's over a year ago and tried reseting the OD and brake switches but it keeps trippin'. I would like to avoid taking it to the dealer, or a shop, and save the $100 bucks just to use their computer so it can tell me the same thing.

O2 sensor or LEAN codes don't always mean you have bad O2 sensors, it could be your MAF is not correctly calibrated, injectors are cloghed, fuel filter dirty, low pump pressure.

Thanks GTRaptor...I just talked to my wife and she told me its not acting like a bad pump (its gone out on her before) and there isn't any decrease in power (shes on it ALL the time ). Where is the filter and how can I check the injectors?

during the code tests there is point where you are suppose to turn off and on the OD switch and hit the brakes. if you don't do that then you will get those codes.
