Default 1994 Mustang GT - King Cobra Clutch

I want to put a King Cobra clutch in my stang, have been looking around and found some good prices for the pressure plate, disc, throwout bearing, pilot bushing and alignment tool on ebay.......about $160.00 total with shipping. Are these the real deal? Has anyone bought from ebay and had excellent results? I'm kinda leary on this one because anywhere you look, the kit minus the pilot bushing is close to $225 to $260.....kinda freaks me out. If anyone has ordered through ebay for this price and knows these are real King Cobra clutches, please let me know.

If it doesn't arrive in an FRPP box with the M-7560-C302 part number on it, it is not a genuine King Cobra clutch kit...

That is the exact retailer selling the clutch. As stated in the comment below yours, did yours come in the correct box?

I agree, it sounds too good for that low of a price. You don't want to buy it and an inferior part comes.

I agree. I did runa King Cobra and hated it. I thought the pedal effort was very heavy and the clamping force was not what it should've been.

I run a Spec Stage 1 and I got it $209. Of course, we carry them so that helps with the pricing.

I'd go with the Spec Richard has over the King Cobra everytime.

Well, I messaged/comment/emailed Dynamic Racing regarding the clutch and found out the $160 clutch is a spin off...the real King Cobra Clutch costs extra...the real thing costs $240. WOW....totally wild!!! So, for all those who think they are getting a "REAL" King Cobra clutch on EBAY...beware!!! It might not be the real thing......I guess I could have been right....if it seems to good to be true.....it just might be to good to be true.......

Has anyone run a RAM HDX clutch...I'm looking for a good clutch at a good price.

Well, I decided to go with a RAM HDX clutch kit. Bought the whole thing......new flywheel, pressure plate, disc, both bearings, pivot ball, fork and bolts for the pressure plate and flywheel. I have heard good things about that clutch and just hope they are true. I will be putting it in really soon......
