Unhappy stock air hose dimension for 75mm BBK throttle body

Good Day guys,

I have a question I hope someone can help me with!! I have a 94 GT 5.0l mustang and I installed a K&N Performance intake kit 57-2511 some time back that uses the stock intake hose, I am happy with it, I am now on a work trip far from my car and I found a really good deal on a BBK 75mm throttle body (these are very rare and expensive in Australia), less than half price!!! But I am not sure if it will fit the stock air hose?!?! I tried looking for dimensions on the stock air hose on websites but I can’t find anything

Can anyone check what is I diameter of the rubber stock intake hose on the throttle body side?!?! so that I know if I need to change the stock hose as well?

Best regards,

Best regards,
I'm not sure what the size of the stock intake tube is, but it should work just fine. It's rubber so it should stretch enough to fit the 75mm TB. No worries!

I believe it's a 3 inch, and the stock air hose will take some persuasion to get on a 75mm. Just keep working with it and it'll eventually stretch enough.
