working on a hci setup on my car just wondering if the stock strut tower brace will clear a gt40 upper and lower intake and if not can i run without it? also would a b303 cam work in my car without computer problems? is there any other cams other than the steeda #19 cam that will work with my computer set up? i want something with a good bottom end torque and a rough idle. thanks for any and all help!

The brace will not clear the intake. And it won't hurt your car to run without one for a while. BBK, Edelbrock, and Steeda all make strut tower braces that will work.

If you haven't bought the cam yet, don't bother with the Ford alphabet cams (B303, F303). Those are old technology and you can get much better for the same price.
Why wouldn't you want the Steeda #19 cam? It's one of the best ones that will work without a tune on our cars. That is the one I suggest for you if you're using the GT40 setup.

Don't make me get Reggie in here to tell you about the Ford cams...

Forget the B cam, you'll need a dyno tune and custom chip to make it work with your picky computer.
The Steeda #19 is pretty much the main cam for the SN95 due to it playing nice with the computer. Besides, the #19 is as powerful as the B anyway.

i just wasn't sure on the cam but thanks for the info it looks like i'm going with the steeda #19 and don't pull reggie in here to yell at me haha
