I recently upgraded the fronts to '94-'98 Cobra 13" rotors, PBR calipers, caliper brackets, hoses, and pads. Night and day difference from the stock items and I have the original stock master cylinder.

+1

Just get the cobra front rotors, calipers and SS lines. You can use ur old front brake lines if you grind them down. As for the back brakes keep them stock. The cobra is the same caliper. The cobra rear rotors is 1" bigger or something.
You have to pull the axles to put the cobra rear brackets on. Not worth the extra labor. For no real benefit.
I am running the stock master with no problems at all.

I took this brake set up on my 94 gt to a road race track with hawk blues on the front and the brakes never faded. And I mean braking hard on a road course
