how often should it be cleaned? my maf is less than 6 months old, i run chevron gas in my car all the time but my t/b hasnt been cleaned in over a year. how often should i clean it and is there anything else? oh i ran seafoam through the gastank,intake and crankcase back in jan.

The throttle body, clean it whenever it gets dirty. Same for the mass air.
As for the fuel system, it's a good idea to run the cleaner through when you do a tune up. The injectors are another matter... the cleaner through the tank will NOT clean dirty injectors. To clean them, they must be removed from the car and taken to a shop for proper cleaning, the cleaner through the tank will not do the job. The injector cleaning is done when it's confirmed you have clogged injectors.
