but with the scoop cut out i have checked everywhere and no one seems to have one with the scoop cut out thanks for all your help

whatever you do don't get it from Cincinnatti Composites. That's where I got mine and had to do a lot of work on it before paint.

I would suggest getting one without the scoop cut out and let the body shop that is doing the paint cut it out.
