Any Suggestions? Rejuvenate SN95 Interior. What you did, how you did it, and why?

As is necessary to be done to any car undergoing restoration one must rejuvenate a worn interior.

I bought my 1995 GT at the first of the year. My Christmas present to myself.....I restored a 1968 Mustang Coupe several years ago with my father but the aftermarket is so huge for those years that we could buy anything and everything for fairly inexpensive to restore the interior. So, I started putting a parts list together for my 95 but I have come across some items that either are not available in the aftermarket for the SN95...or are more money than I am willing to spend when I know there must be a way to rejuvenate the original piece for much less money. So, I am looking for suggestions. What did you do? How did you do it? Why did you do it that way?

Let me explain the items I looking to renew....I have found that most of the plastic pieces can be repainted. but has anyone done this? How much prep was involved? Did the end result look as well as you had hoped? For example, the console (mine is filthy), the black plastic piece around the shifter, kick panels, Door panels, door sills, door handle/bezel, etc.

I am already replacing the carpet, and I am trying to get a sponsorship from Corbeau for my seats, harness bar, and 4 point harnesses. But what did you all do for seats or harnesses? Stock or aftermarket?

When I needed to replace my driver seat and power seat assembly I called a place in georgia called mps auto salvage, you can type "mps mustang" in google and their website should show up. I sent them an email about what i was looking for and they got back to me very quickly. I got a leather driver seat for like $150 and had to pay truck freight and it was in next to mint condition. I also got a manual slider for $30 instead of buying a new electronic assembly ( I could spend $350 on a lot of other things)......

I looked at aftermarket seats but after talkin to a few guys who had installed them and the price tag, to me trying to stick with stock stuff was a better option for the money and because the stock seat just bolts right in ,theres no adapter needed or new bolt holes to drill. Hope that helps

I thought about keeping the stock seats, however my 95 is technically a GTS so I have the standard seat and not the sport seat. I have not had any luck finding many SN95's left in the salvage yards anywhere in SLC area to salvage some seats out of. SO...since Corbeau's home office is here I figured id try for a sponsorship...
