Thanks for the response. I read the tech article and I have done this swap on the foxbody three times. I would just like to know if there is anything I really need to watch out for???

Just try to get a complete kit, either from a shop or donnor car. Will make things simpler.
You can keep the stock EEC but on some swaps people reported hesitation, so you might eventually need a 5speed EEC or a custom chip.

Okay I just got back from the tranny shop and the guy said my AODE is fine and he ordered me a transgo shift kit. Since the rear seal needs to be replaced, I am going to sell my 5spd tranny and but a convertor. The car is for my wife and I think I can make the AODE fun for her. I plan to swap in 3.55s next weekend.....

yes. a PI converter is highly recomended. paired with a good shift kit, but preferably paired with a lentech VB you'll have a killer setup.

Trust me I am about to go through a learning curve with the AODE. I think once I get my 91 coupe I will get a lentech. I should do it now but I am being greedy when it comes to my personal project. Right now since owning the car for two weeks, I have added rims and tires, flowmasters, ordered Hi-flow cat pipe, have 3.55s to go in. This project just took off without me. I think everybody is right about keeping the AODE and I just need to learn more instead of just being stuck in the dark about automatics...

The best thing I can tell you is to save your money and just buy a AODE that is already setup.....Lentech
