Default 1995 Mustang GT Spark Plugs and Fuel Pump

I have a 95 GT that I just purchased and after seeing the rotor and distributor cap I can only imagine how over due the plug and wires are. I wanted to know if anyone has tried the new e-3 plugs and if so what do you think? I am leaning toward 9mm ford racing wires just not sure on the plugs yet. Also my fuel pressure has been falling below 40 so I am going to change my fuel pump. I am thinking bbk fuel pump since I have heard great things about them. However, my engine is mostly stock for now, but will be modified in the future so I don't know if I should go with the 190 lph or 225 lph since there is only like a 10 dollar difference. I would just like some other opinions if you have tried any of this or would just like to make a suggestion. Thanks.

I've never used them but after watching horsepower tv. I'm going to go with them at the next tune-up.

Fuel pressure spec is 35-40 KOEO and 30-45 KOER. Yours sound normal.
What are you expecting to see by using the E-3 plugs. Our cars usually run best with a basic copper core plug.

Well is the fuel pressure different for the fox body 5.0? My buddy who does a lot of engine work said it was suppose to stay above 40. I am not sure what the normal range is I was just going by what he said. When I put it on the gauge it goes from about 32 - 40. About the e-3 spark plugs my husband wanted to put them my 95 stang and I don't know much about them. I was told Autolite Platium and NGK were really good. I just need to change them the car is pushing 200k and they probably haven't been changed in a while.

as far as the plugs, just stick with the motorcraft copper plugs. 5.0Ls dont really care for platinum and respond better with copper

Don't spend any more money than you need to on ignition parts for a stock or even mildly modified 5.0.

Just run some stock Motorcraft spark plugs. The only good the Ford Racing wires will do is make the engine bay look better. But don't expect a power gain from high dollar ignition parts right now.

All you need is stock plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Get the Ford Racing wires if you want to make your engine bay look a little better.

Also, change your fuel filter while you're giving it a tune up. That might fix your fuel pressure problem.

Those are the fuel pressure specs from the Ford Service manual. As for the plugs stay with copper core and gap them at 0.054".

My fuel pressure normally runs at 38 psi except under boost.
