how the h-ll do I remove rear bumber

i have a saleen rear bumper but can't seem to get the factory one off from the taillights the sides are un done along with underneth just the part under the taillights any help I thank in advance

its got a plate that goes across the back of the car two with i think about four studs with nuts on the inside of the trunk
