Default Wheel Bearing Hub Replacement

Hey Stangers......
I have to swap out one of my wheel bearings. I tried taking it off, and the whole assembly came off with the exception of the inner bearing seal. It's stuck on the spindle. Whats the best way of removing this? Has anyone ever dealt with this? Should I just try to heat up that seal and twist it off with a pair of channel locks?

You can heat it up and work the race off but try not to score the spindle. Once you get it off, clean it up with some crocus cloth.
