i have a 94 vert gt and im looking to get my friends used turbo kit that he got new 6mths ago and he lost his job. but his car is a fox body other then the one or two pipes that go to the TB will the headers fit between the frame rails. i guess my big quiestions is will i fitment issues.. my car dose not have a/c

They should fit, you'll just have to fabricate the piping but you sound prepared for that.
