Default 1994 Mustang Cobra stalling issues at stops

I have a H/C/I 94 cobra. at times coming to a stop push in the clutch the idle will do the 94-95 5.0 hang at 1,200rpm and when it tries to settle down to the normal idle 900rpm,sometimes it just drop's and dies. same with parking lot maneuver's as soon as you give it any gas to reverse or whateverpush in clutch it will do the usual hang at 1,200 and then sometimes just miss the base idle and die.

now i have done every thing you can do to help this, set the base idle procedure 100 times, no vacuum leaks, cleaned maf hotwire with electrical cleaner, replaced iac., set tps voltage to .96v etc, i even have that iac air bleed bypass plate,

the kicker is my car was dyno tuned with a SCT chip in august of 2007, should i take it back to the tuner and see\hope he can fix this driveabilty problem for the $75-&100? or i was thinking about a moates quarterhorse. and try to figure this PITA out by myself, I'm a mechanic by trade so datalogging and looking at pids I'm very familiar with relatively. i really love this car other than this embarrassing stalling woe it has. its really the only reason i don't drive it as much as i should.

I would get some datalogging performed, to see how everything is working first. That way you won't spend money you don't have to.
