Question Converting 1994 Mustang v6 into v8 or rebuilding

I have a 1994 mustang GT which was flipped. The roof needs to be replaced, the driver door, fenders, and driver side quarter panel. I have a 1994 v6 lined up to do one of two things.

1) Swap the motor and rear end, suspension etc out of the gt and convert the v6 to v8

2) Use the body parts off of the v6 to rebuild v8. The frame of the v8 is perfect and it still drives fine believe it or not.

I was more leaning towards the swapping motors but did not know how complicated it was, especially when it came to the wire harness.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My vote would have to go to swapping the drivetrains. I think the body work would cost a lot more than the engine swap and you might never get the body panels to line up right. Good luck on which ever way you go

that will give you everything you need to do the swap. This is covered a lot. People ask all the time. Search is there for a reason.

150% agreed!
Swap the drivetrains. The body work will be a waste of time and money IMO.
