The price is too high. A GTS was a rare car in that not too may were made. But I dont think its is or should be worth more than a GT of similar stats.

so maybe he meant that their were only 217 teal GTS's. and like what was stated above, its not superior to a GT in any means. im just going to have to find out what package the owners chose. thanks everyone for the info/input!

looks like my verts hardtop sibling. miles are kinda high and it does have the base v6 interior those seats could used swapped, but thats just me.

i would say dont pay more then 3500

Popshot you got some pull here! You got people carfaxing things for you! I think it would be a great car. I just think its a little too high in price. Let the guy selling it know you know it isnt a rare car in that its a special edition. Its rare because not too many people ordered that color with the GTS package. I just Kelly Blue booked it and it had $2450. It was used with my NJ zip code so the price could be a little higher or lower. Offer him $2500. For 2500 Id buy that car. 5.0s are soooooo easy to add power too.

that carfax is very interesting because he said he was the second owner from a couple old people that used it to run to the gas station. LOL. but that kinda threw me off cuz it had high miles for a grocery getter...? and taos is a very small town. but at least now i know he can be lying about other stuff too. i might make a run up their and look at the car on sunday, but im not giving him much for it..

4 owners isnt bad for a car thats about to turn 15 years old. i found out im the 7th owner of my gt and it started life in michigan, moved to utah, then idaho where i bought it and now it lives in oregon with me. and it started life leased for a year. carfax is full of good info.

I think you can tell from all the posts that owners of sn95's with 302's are very passionate about their cars. If you can get it for under $3,500 go for it and join the fun!

I can vouch for that. I loved my 94GT. I used to hate the 4.6 SOHC engine until the new body style and extra valve made me change over.
