Def does not look like it has power windows. Could be an honest mistake on his part or there is something more going on, It looks good but those wires in the driver's side are intriguing, just do your research and make sure it runs good and you should be ok.

It looks like a Mustang GTS. A GTS was supposed to be like the late 80s LX 5.0. It had V6 trim with the V8 power. Its the lighest of the SN95 5.0s. Those wires are horrible. Id rather have manual windows than those wires.
The price is too high. A GTS was a rare car in that not too may were made. But I dont think its is or should be worth more than a GT of similar stats.

Sounds like that guy is just telling you stuff to try to sell it.

It is a GTS, which is basically a GT with the standard V6 package (manual windows, locks, no spoiler, no fog lights). Or you could say it's a v6 with a GT drivetrain. Either way, it's still a "legit" GT.

The paint isn't a "special" paint. I didn't see anything "special" about it really. Just looks like a stock GTS. Which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's just not "special".
The GTS's are nice, since they don't have the fog lights, spoiler, and power windows/locks, it weighs a little less than a regular GT. Not much less but still...

Looks legit to me though. It's a VERY clean car for being as old as it is so if it drives good then I'd buy it.

Seems to be a nice start to a Mustang hobby. It's all stock which is a BIG plus in my book. A little less likely that it was abused. Good luck.

EXACTLY!!! +2!

It's getting harder and harder to find a stock 5.0. Stock 5.0 CAN mean that is wasn't being abused.

I'm not a big fan of the teal color, but if you like it then it looks like a winner to me!
