I want to reupholster the seats in my 94 gt. I found the leather upholstery for about $800. My question is how difficult is it to reupholster seats? Is this something that I would be biting off more than I can do? I would be able to take the seats out of the car and leave them out for a while because this is not my daily drive vehicle.

if ur talking about the kit from late model resto..its good kit..skill level is about a 3 meaning 1 is novice and 5 being expert..u need alittle elbow grease to stretch the material on..mine worked awesome took me 4 hours...did all 4 seats...but i do similar work..in audio field...so i have alittle upholstry experience...get ready to have some sore fingers and finger tips lol...
