Default 1994 cobra mustang clutch won't release

We put a ram HDX clutch into the car and now the clutch wont always disengage. it seems like its being held just to close because when its in gear it wont stall. when it does disengage, it hooks up right after u move the pedal, maybe a centimeter from the floor.

Having a clutch that doesn't fully disengage is the quickest way to completely ruin every gear and synchronizer in an otherwise great T5. $$$

Get this resolved quickly!

Does the pedal seem to have full range of motion as it did before that change?

Did you look at the input shaft where the throw out bearing rides? Did you clean it? Was that area worn? Was the bearing replaced?

We cleaned the imput shaft and replaced the throwout bearing and for some strange reason it has a tr3650 trans in it. We figured out the clutch cable was stretched and wasn,t pulling the fork far enough to disengage the clutch. Everything is working great now.
