Aod --> 5spd Conversion in 95, read Tutorial, having starter trouble?

Okay heres there deal.

I am converting my 95 vert to 5spd. I got everything together..
My starter is missing my flywheel by 1/2 inch. According to the tutorial i can use the 3.8L bellhousing, so i got one out of a 95. I also installed a 157 tooth billet aluminum flywheel.
Whats not right here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. my car is stuck.

The T5 starter has a 1/2 offset, you need one...thats it.

I don't know about that but I used a '95 Cobra R bellhousing and my AOD-E (Which is what you took out of your '95) starter worked with it.

EDIT: Whoops, I forgot I put a TKO in mine. Probably won't help in your instance :P
